- create Eclipse project for Phenoscape web UI at Phenoscape Sourceforge site
- define OBD query requirements and deliver to Cartik
- complete EQ and matrix import/merge functionality for Phenex

- work out reliable protocol for reload of ontologies and annotations using scripts
- run reasoner on DB
