The journal club will meet once a month in the Grey building at NESCent. We will discuss publications in bio-ontologies, applications, semantic similarity etc.

Time: 2.00 pm - 3.00 pm.
We will be discussing "Semantic Precision and Recall for Concept Annotation of Text" by Michael Bada et. al.. The manuscript can be found on page 30 of https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B6AZUdKw1IVHQjI3MVFvWjFRWlE/edit .
